help narrow the search.

How long have you been in the party supply and party rental business?
Have you ever handled an event like mine? How many like mine per year?
How do you calculate an estimate?
What is your rental rate?
Do you work with other businesses for aspects that you don't handle in-house?
How many people will work on an event like mine (caterers, decorators, wait staff, bartenders, DJ's, set-up crews.)?
Will you consult in person at my home/office/business/venue?
Do you have any contacts with distributors or manufacturers?
Can you provide some references from past clients?

Grown-ups love this next game.

Now that we’re reindeers, it’s time for some games. First up is

The snowblowers challenge.
To set up, tape four large decorated (with Christmas or glittery wire ribbon) paper cups, open end up, to one side of a table so that the cups are level with the table. Fill each cup halfway with small prizes like candy canes, chocolate mints, colored pencils and bright erasers. Two players at a time are given decorated (like the cups) paper towel tubes and given game instructions: A ping pong ball will be placed in front of each of them, they must gently blow through their tube to get the “snowball” rolling across the table and into one of the paper cups. If the ball goes over the edge, that player’s turn is over. If the ball makes it into one of the cups, they get to pick a prize from that cup. The game continues until each cup is empty.

Stuff the Santa
This merry game pits teams against each other in a race to see who can create the fattest Santa of them all. You’ll need to borrow or buy an extra large red one-piece union suit (or plain cotton one- piece pajamas, if you can’t find one) and blow up lots and lots (I mean lots) of red balloons. Teams of four to six players are given the task of stuffing the suit, with one team member inside, with as many balloons as possible in 2 minutes. Be careful! Santa pops easily. When time is up, Santa must show off his lumpy physique before counting balloons. The next team tries to top the previous record.

Reindeer Name Challenge
Give each person a pen and paper (don't tell them why at first). When you say “Go!”, the first person to correctly write down all 9 of Santa's reindeer's names and yell out “Santa!” is the winner. If someone calls out”Santa!” but their list is wrong, go to the next person to complete their list, until you have a winner. Variations of this game include trying to name all the children in the Frosty the Snowman story, or all the characters in the Peanuts Christmas TV special.

How many candies are in the jar
have a jar full of candies and see who can guess how many pieces of candy are in the jar.. Give the winner a little gift ...note:it doesn't have to be expensive

TIPPLER.

The object of the game is to fill the glasses with the help of the teaspoon. The player who manages to do it the fastest has an opportunity to propose a toast and drink the contents of the glass.

WHO IS HE (SHE)? ( Icebreakers.)
As the guests enter the hall, they are given the envelopes. The youths are given blue envelopes, the girls white ones. In all the envelopes there are halves of the cards and leaflets with the following text: "In the envelope there is a half of the card. The missing part of it has someone who is present here. Try to find him/her. The first 3 pairs get prizes. Good luck!" it's better to use cards with the pictures of flowers in this game. Cut the cards in zigzag line. Then put the halves - one into the white envelope and another into the blue one. You may manage without the envelopes. In this case put a poster with the rules of the game on the wall.

POST. ( While dancing. Icebreakers.)
At big parties and discos, in large halls it's very interesting to have "a postman". The guests ask him/her: "Give a note (a letter) to the girl in white dress". This girl writes her name on the sheet of paper and gives in to "the postman". All the guests communicate with the help of "the postman" until all of them learn each other. This game may continue for several days in camps, sanatoriums etc.

Well this is new...
